Heat sheets will be posted HERE sent out to all participants via athletic.net on Tuesday, June 17th.

Spike Policy

All athletes must use only pyramid spikes that are no longer than 1/4-inch (7mm) in length, except for high jump and javelin where 3/8-inch (9mm) or lesser spike may be used. 

Parking

  • Street Parking: Available around Hayward Field.

Packet Pick-Up Information

Packet pick up will take place in the Bean Building on 15th Avenue, about 200m East of the North Gate entrance.

Hours: 

  • Wednesday, June 18: 2:00 pm-7:00 pm (Facility opens at 2:00 pm)
  • Thursday, June 19: 7:45 am - 7:00 pm (Facility opens at 7:30 am)
  • Friday, June 20: 7:00am - 7:00pm (Facility opens at 6:30am)
  • Saturday, June 21: 7:30am - 7:00pm (Facility opens at 7:30am)
  • Sunday, June 22: 7:30am - 12:00pm (Facility opens at 7:30am)

Requirements:

  • A photo ID is required to pick up a packet.

  • Coaches receive one complimentary 4-day wristband for every 10 athletes entered.

  • Coaches picking up a packet with an individual athlete must present a current coaching ID or a letter from the high school verifying their status as a coach to receive complimentary admission.

  • Parents accompanying an athlete must pay for admission.

Designated Pick-Up:

  • The person picking up the packet on behalf of a team must be the designated pick-up person documented on the team’s registration page on Athletic.NET. They must show ID when picking up the packet. If you need to change who the designated pick-up person is, only the person who initially filled out the information on athletic.net will be able to do so.  

Coach Credential Requirement

Coach Credentials are required for warm-up track. There will be no exceptions. In order to receive a Coach Credential, you will need to provide proof of a current Safe Sport 3-Step membership. Once verified, you will receive an email to confirm your coaching credential approval during the week of competition. If you did not fill out the form before June 9th, you can go to the USATF support desk located at Packet Pickup in the Bean Building to check your status and possibly receive a credential. You can also reference this list to ensure you are Safe Sport compliant.
 
SafeSport membership must be done by Monday, June 9.
 
Coach Credential Application Form must be completed to receive a coach credential for warmup track access. The form is found HERE

For general admission to the event, Safe Sport compliance is not required and coaches will receive a coaching wristband at packet pickup. Coaching Credentials can be picked up at the packet pickup tent, located in the Bean Building.
 
Do not delay the Safe Sport process, as it can take up to a week for verification.

International Coaches Credential

  • International Coaches who are not USATF Registered Coaches must complete the World Athletics Safeguarding Training and provide proof of completion to USATF by emailing the certificate of completion to [email protected] or by showing the certificate at accreditation. 

Bib Number:

  • The athlete’s bib number serves as their pass into the meet.

  • A $20 replacement fee applies for lost bib numbers.

Retail

  • Retail apparel will be sold during packet pick-up hours.

  • All pre-order sales will be available for pickup in the retail area.

  • Please bring an ID to collect all pre-purchased apparel orders.

Medical

  • NSAF medical staff, including physicians and trainers, will be on-site during meet hours.

  • Medical services are located on the track level, near the throwing cage.

Warm-Up & Spikes

  •  Athletes may warm up in designated areas at Hayward Field at any time.

  • Blocks and spikes are allowed on the warm-up track.

  • Only ¼” pyramid spikes are allowed on the track, and spikes will be checked at the entrance to clerking.

  • Replacement spikes will be sold in the retail area.
